The objective of this review is to determine the efficacy of therapeutic interventions in children with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), for which a query was made in different databases such as Redalyc, Proquest, Science Direct, Psicodoc, Scielo In addition, search engines such as academic Google were also used for the search, a total of 50 articles that met the established criteria were analyzed. For the selection of articles, only articles from journals that made reference to therapeutic interventions, information or incidences regarding attention deficit and hyperactivity disorder were used, as a result it was identified that the cognitive-behavioral approach has acceptance in the scientific community as well provides promising methodological advances regarding the use of intervention techniques in children and adolescents with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder, demonstrating that in general terms the results obtained in much of the research are satisfactory since they show and help reduce their own symptoms the same disorder as attention, impulsivity and behavioral difficulties.
