The present work as a modality of degree in the Cooperative University of Colombia in the program of Psychology, is presented as a proposal of intervention to be developed in the Technological School Central Technical Institute in Superior Education to the students of engineering; the modality is of practical character, which it looks for to give solution to a need; it has like central axis an operative plan, is constructed by means of phases and it is in where the strategies designed to give solution to such need are exposed. The designed strategies are built so that students can develop such soft skills that promote the exercise of leadership. Through, the result of the experience in the execution of workshops that promote learning unifying theory and practice; to develop this proposal we have started from an interview with the Psychologist of the institution Yenny Bonilla. The methodology applied in the design of the intervention consists of four phases; sensitization, intervention, evaluation and feedback, where the intention is to generate an active and experiential participation in each of them; from the Cognitive-Behavioral model, whose results are evident in the level of understanding, participation and empowerment of the topic and activities of each participant. Also, in phase three, as it aims to evaluate the learning acquired in the previous phases.
