Resumen
The interest of the next systematic review is motivated to identify air pollution as an environmental risk to health. The burden of disease reported by the different health institutions of the country derived from strokes, lung cancer, chronic and acute neuropathies. An alarm is generated about the condition. For our particular case of study the relationship between different systems, organs and devices has a interplay relationship narrow for proper brain function. Taking as an example if pulmonary ventilation is altered by hypoxia, there is a high possibility of neuroneal death and permanent laminar necrosis-type brain injury. The brain depends on energy reserves and on the continuous and adequate blood supply. Therefore, any type of alteration on the respiratory or circulatory system has a direct impact on its correct functioning. The appearance of relationships between neurodegenerative diseases due to air pollution and its chemical component known as particulate matter (PM) because of its extremely small size (microns) can go through circulation and produce an systemic inflammation affecting the hematocefalic barrier. For the respiratory system, there is talk of a phenomenon called oxidative stress that corresponds to a biochemical situation that is characterized by the imbalance between the production of reactive oxygen species by deregulating the processes of the cells causing progressive neurodegeneration and the chronic loss of brain repair or lo we know as cerebral plasticity. Hence the important work so important that psychologists have in developing health promotion and prevention schedules. People need to understand the need to change their environment, for which they need to know the scope and possibilities that this change would offer to obtain a better quality of life than today.
