This systematic literature review will know whether there is a relationship between the level of schooling and the salary of human talent in an organization, taking into account that it occurs depending on the type of organization, its size, number of employees, turn and clearly the type of salary allocation that it handles. The investigation of this problem was carried out in the interest of knowing that it so affects to obtain a higher degree in the wage perception of the different individuals of a society, taking it in a general way because as everything in life there are certain exceptions, however, they will be taken as supposed points of salary allocation of different authors and that apply more than everything to private organizations , assumptions will also be taken for the public side as they vary depending on the charge. To analyze this relationship it was also necessary to know about education both in Latin American countries and in a broader context, because in certain countries it is not available to all and not in all cases is provided in the best way or quality the results in the long term bring definitive consequences not only for the quality of life of the person or family nucleus , but directly impacts a country's economy and growth. The document is structured in five chapters: in the first we raise the problem, objectives, justification; the second chapter developed the reference framework; the third chapter sets out the methodology implemented in the project for the development of the objectives set out; the results and discussions are presented in the fourth chapter and finally the fifth chapter presents the conclusions.
