Therefore, it is of vital importance to denote the economic thread that regulates the health services of the most vulnerable in order to protect their fundamental rights to life and health itself. That is why it is important to mention that there are game modalities and chance that are not implemented throughout the national territory, by the authorized exploitation entities, which does not generate equity for the real purpose of those in charge of the exploitation of the gambling monopoly as a source of attracting resources for the health sector, directly this social purpose determined by the POLITICAL CONSTITUTION of Colombia through Art 336, this problem headed by the departments on behalf of their departmental lotteries, so it is necessary to specify that the modality that is wanted to be mentioned is the scratch and go, a financially viable new game with a very good profitability and even in some municipalities of Colombia they are already being executed by permanent betting concessionaires and the Medellín lottery. Therefore, if it is possible to determine that said modality is being implemented and executed in Medellín, suggests that there is an economic limitation that complicates and causes the department of Tolima to not raise much-needed funds to distribute them to the health sector.Publicación Sólo datos Brazil burning!
