The present work shows the current operation of the company AGUA PRIMAVERAL LTDA, the collection process, treatment and distribution of drinking water. Process management is proposed as a tool to improve the operation of operations, establishing a system where three main processes are found: Directional, missionary and support. The pertinent characterization, its objective, responsible, scope, activities and exits were made to achieve with this the standardization of its operations with a group of evaluation and control indicators. In addition to this, the restructuring of the mission, vision and the identification of the policy and quality objectives were made.
