Resumen
It is intended to present in this project the identification of shortcomings and pathological problems that are found in one of the sections of the railway avenue, which is included between streets 31 and 27 of said avenue, in the west direction - east lane going up, this avenue is located in the city of Ibagué which is located in the department of Tolima. In this order of ideas, the section under study begins at K0 + 480 and ends at K0 + 960, having a total length of 480 m which are divided into 5 sections of approximately 100 meters in length, the previous division was made with in order to facilitate the identification of the conditions in which the rigid pavement is found according to the results of the UN PCI software. The section in which we worked was divided into 5 sub-sections of which four are 100 m, and a sub-section is 80 m, an observation analysis was applied to these in order to identify the different pathologies found in each of the sections and thus make the respective pathological description that is framed in the data collection format provided by INVIAS. For the realization of this study, vehicular traffic lights were carried out on the corresponding 480 m section, which was evidenced on a weekday (Wednesday, January 22, 2020) and a Sunday / holiday (Sunday, January 26, 2020) obtaining the a result of the number of vehicles that use this primary road in the city of Ibagué. When carrying out the vehicle capacity in the study section K0 + 480 to K0 + 960, it was identified that the vehicular flow during the week is 7015 (vehicles) and on the weekend 6493 (vehicles) for which we obtained an Average Weekly Traffic (TPS) of 6940 vehicles; At the time of performing the pathological classification, it was found that the most recurrent are (durability crack, chipping of joints, deterioration of joint sealing material, among others, to which we propose some rehabilitation techniques. Previous tests of granulometry, wear, breakage modulus, limits and specific gravity were carried out in order to know the behavior of the pavement with percentages of 5%, 10%, 15% and 20% of sugarcane bagasse ash, with these percentages Modulus of rupture (MR) were obtained after 56 days of 3,471, 3,170, 3,569 and 3,041 respectively, thus giving optimum resistance to the beams that were subjected to tension.
