After completing the investigative work at the Aguas de Valencia company, in the municipality of Valencia Córdoba, dedicated to the provision of sewerage and drinking water services, it could be stated that the company has shortcomings when it comes to complying with the service of Drinking water to the community in general the municipality of Valencia Córdoba, had around 4,200 registered users, but around 20,000 people benefit from the service provided by the company, it was found that the company does not provide drinking water service 24 hours a day of the day, therefore the municipality does not have this service constantly. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, which occurred, the survey was conducted virtually, approximately 50 people from the municipality of Valencia Córdoba, in accordance with our general objective, which consisted of analyzing the degree of customer satisfaction in the company Aguas de Valencia SAS of the municipality of Valencia Córdoba, it can be said that the people surveyed in the municipality of Valencia are satisfied with the service offered or provided with the company Aguas de Valencia.
