The principal objective about this research is to identify the impact between the working conditions with the organizational’s climate perception from a transport cooperative in Cundinamarca. This research method is qualitative, descriptive, correlational in nature. For it we do two survey, so the first is sociodemographic characterization with the type of work emergency and the second is a survey called 9 Climate Factors to measure the Organizational Climate at the transport cooperative, it was applied to the sample selected for the research equivalent to 25 employees of a transport cooperative CootrasGirardot previously named. Within the results it is evident that the relation of the working conditions and the perception of the organizational climate is between the high and medium level, what is possible to show that there is not a low level on the perception of the organizational climate in the cooperative and that 9 factors were specifically carried out in which influence the climate such as, teamwork, facilitation for change, communication, conflict negotiation, recognition for work, leadership, sense of belonging, motivation and, last but not least, interpersonal relationships. Although The results are showing a medium high level, alternatives to strengthen the organizational climate will be generated so that it is optimal.
