| Resume: | Objetivo: Presentar los resultados obtenidos de las IEC realizadas a pacientes sospechosos de SARCoV2 – COVID19 durante el tiempo de la práctica social que se realizó con la secretaria de salud del Magdalena con el fin de que estos casos fueran analizados y así poder realizar sus respectivos seguimientos. Plan de acción: se realizaron diferentes actividades desde la inducción con él coordinador del grupo IEC del departamento del Magdalena, asignación de pacientes, llamadas telefónicas, seguimientos a estos pacientes y a sus contactos estrechos hasta el análisis de los respectivos casos Conclusión: En total a la estudiante María Carlos Castaño le fueron asignadas 55 IEC, con sus respectivos seguimientos a contactos estrechos y líneas de tiempo, de las cuales fueron efectivas 48 IEC a las que se realizó todo el procedimiento y fueron enviadas al director de grupo en los tiempos establecidos, 7 de las asignaciones no se llevaron a cabo, 4 ya que el número estaba equivocado o apagado y 3 por que al paciente ya tenía resultado negativo por lo que no quisieron dar información. |
| Abstract: | Objective: Present the results obtained from the IEC carried out on patients suspected of SARCoV2 - COVID19 during the time of the social practice that was carried out with the Magdalena health secretary in order for these cases to be analyzed and thus be able to carry out their respective follow-ups . Action plan: different activities were carried out from the induction with the coordinator of the IEC group of the department of Magdalena, patient assignment, telephone calls, follow-up of these patients and their close contacts to the analysis of the respective cases. Conclusion: In total to the student María Carlos Castaño was assigned 55 IEC, with their respective follow-ups to close contacts and timelines, of which 48 IEC were effective and the entire procedure was carried out and were sent to the group director within the established times, 7 of the assignments were not carried out, 4 because the number was wrong or off and 3 because the patient already had a negative result so they did not want to give information. |
