Resumen
One of the social phenomena that generates the most concern in different countries and cultures is juvenile delinquency. Deferent investigations have been put on test to explain the influence that individual, psychological, social and cultural variables have in an attempt to describe the phenomenon of anti-normative behavior of young people. This research born from the need to know how socio-family factors influence adolescents so that they carry out violations of the law. Social factors are considered: origin, risk environment, educational level, school problems, use of free times, risk environment; risky friendships. And the family factor is considered: the type of family, the parenting styles, the relationship. This study represents an approach to the problem of delinquency in adolescents in Bogotá, which will allow us to understand the phenomenon of delinquency. For this reason, it is essential to know the environment in which young people live and with which they continuously interact, as this exerts a clear influence on human behavior, based on the above we want to base our research on the socialization process, which occurs from the culture and the norms that are established in the family, since the first contact that children have are the parents who are members of a society. Within the objectives of this research we are interested in analyzing the factors that predominate in the structure of their identity that is linked to their criminal actions, in the same way it seems significant to investigate and deepen the links that the young offender establishes with his community of origin, its peer group and its social networks, formal and informal.
