Resumen
Gender violence requires immediate actions to prevent this phenomenon, for this reason it is essential that the different social instances develop actions that guarantee a life free of violence, in order to change patriarchal practices, stereotypes, discrimination, fear and social inequality, by practices in accordance with the culture of respect, promotion and protection of Human Rights. The objective of this research was to review the care routes that constitute the care protocols for gender victims in public entities in Colombia published in the last 11 years. This research was carried out under a descriptive design, from a documentary review of protocols that implement care routes in gender violence and / or against women or that address these problems, published by institutions in Colombia. According to the descriptive analysis, it is considered appropriate to strengthen the socialization of the routes aimed at ethnic groups and non-heteronormative populations, in addition to training professionals in gender perspective, in order to carry out a comprehensive route of optimal care, avoiding revictimization.
