Resumen
The history of violence in Colombia from civil wars to what is now known as violence towards the democratic system has left its mark and psychosocial problems on a large part of the Colombian population. For this reason, it was necessary to create the Agency for Reincorporation and Normalization (ARN), in charge of administering the territorial spaces for training and reincorporation -ETCR, whose general objective is to determine the psychosocial factors implicit in the process of reincorporation of the ex-combatant population of the San Francisco district of the municipality of Yondó-Antioquia, From a qualitative methodological approach where questionnaires and semi-structured interviews were used, by means of a bibliographic review, four researches related to the subject were identified, approved, supported and supervised by the Regional Corporation for the Defense of Human Rights (CREDHOS), thus creating a questionnaire based on 6 categories, containing open and closed questions; applied to 11 ex-combatants, where it is finally established that there are psychosocial risk factors oriented towards reduced assertive communication within the family, with insufficient support networks, low academic level, reduced environmental factors that give rise to risk behaviours and symptoms of post-traumatic stress disorder or PTSD, where it is recommended that an individual, group and family care programme be drawn up, through which mental health is promoted and disease prevention is assisted, by means of a care route for the population in which the characterization questionnaire used is reformulated.
