Abstract

Within this documentary article, as the main basis, we talk about the importance of establishing in organizations one of the most important strategies such as engagement to form a good work environment, where engaged people are noted for being proactive, energetic and have a Good level of commitment and they are very involved in their work, which is what all organizations seek to have in their human talent.

In accordance with the above, this article aims to analyze the definitions of scientific documents and of several authors where they talk about very important topics such as engagement in the work environment. therefore, with this strategy it is possible to promote good work performance, greater personal satisfaction and, finally, good productivity is generated in the company.
