For organizational psychology, companies and their workers are their main object of study, which is why for this systematic review of literature, the organizational culture was taken as a basis, which integrates all the collaborators of a company, its language and the homogeneity of its processes; and on the other hand, a new trend that is becoming increasingly important, which is business sustainability and the generation of sustainable value, and how this contributes to the economic, social and environmental growth of the company that adopts this new trend. The present review addresses the conceptualization of organizational culture and business sustainability, and although there is not an abundant literature on these concepts, a first approach to a possible relationship between them is made later, in which it was observed that in the when a company integrates its organizational culture, the creation of a sustainability value acquires certain characteristics that allow the company to be more efficient compared to its competition in the sense of better use of both material and human resources and a "Green footprint" giving a corporate social responsibility that positions them before consumers, consumers who in this globalized era acquire a greater environmental and social awareness of the goods and services they acquire
