Resumen
The present study, based on a systematic review of the literature, aims to identify the important factors for carrying out an occupational analysis in human resources management, by exploring various academic documents that propose occupational analysis as a tool that allows the professional to know the relevant data with respect to a position in a company, where emphasis is placed on the most used methods during the construction of an occupational analysis and how this has a direct impact on the design of the job. In many cases, employees do not know clearly the specifications of their position, which leads to tasks that are not their own, and in turn implies difficulty in meeting goals. Thus, the various elements that lead to the proper conduct of this analysis process are highlighted, in order to reduce such situations, and encourage companies to carry it out, in order to optimize their processes, in relation to the actions employed by their workers in their respective jobs.
