Resumen
The objective of the present investigation is to determine the perinatal factors that influence child development and their cognitive and behavioral consequences. This study is a literary review from which its construction was based on 33 scientific articles that studied perinatal factors and learning problems published between 2010 and 2020. As a result, it was found that the most common perinatal factors (neonatal hypoxia, low birth weight and prematurity) are those that leave compromising consequences in the essential areas for learning during child development; such as language, motor skills and executive functions, one of the limitations observed in the different investigations is reflected in the methodology section since there was little evidence in longitudinal investigations and these are usually important because it gives a starting point to determine if the difficulty is maintained or disappears over time.
