As a result of the research, the predominant factors of staff turnover are identified as follows: financial remuneration, as well as the working climate and working conditions causing staff turnover within the organizations. It is important to clarify that this research is a systematic review of the literature and is based on theoretical references and documentary bibliographies that allowed researchers to approach the reality of quality of working life. The expression quality of working life is frequently used by companies, however, it has different interpretations and is very rarely applied to them, which has led researchers to carry out this work through a systematic review of the literature, looking for a general concept on the quality of working life and establishing the factors that influence it causing high job turnover.
