The present research aimed to analyze and establish the importance of value generation as a basis in the strategy of companies in the technology sector to achieve a competitive advantage in a dynamic and changing market due to globalization and the dizzying digital transformation that we have experienced in recent years. This analysis is carried out based on the current situation of the technological market in the country and on the resources and capabilities of the company Consultoria Organizacional to identify the use of these resources and capabilities, differentials and competitive advantages that allow you to offer a better customer experience from different business activities such as communication, thus achieving: greater competitiveness in a fairly competitive market, increase in its sales indicators, its installed base and its profits.
