Resumen
Work stress is an increasingly evident problem in organizations in Colombia. Psychosocial factors are presented as one of the predisposers that trigger this problem, for this reason the research aims to analyze the studies that have been conducted on psychosocial factors that influence the development of work stress in Colombian workers, in a period between 2014 and 2019, for this analysis a Scoping review design was implemented, which consists of a search and analysis of scientific information extracted from the Redalyc, UCC, ProQuest, Scielo and Dialnet databases, with a qualitative-descriptive approach. 36 research documents were selected for the research, according to the established inclusion criteria. According to the results obtained in the investigation, it can be established that the intra-labor psychosocial factors are the ones that most influence the development of work stress, among which is the mental load of inadequate work as one of the major predisposing factors; It is also possible to demonstrate that the population where work stress most influences is that belonging to the health area, thus affecting the quality of care when performing the tasks corresponding to their position. According to the characterization of the documents, it is established that the highest percentage of research carried out on the subject has been published in the city of Bogotá and the most prominent type of publication is research articles.
