With the elaboration of this Article we will find an analysis carried out on the elements necessary to start a communication process, also this process is recognized as an indispensable factor to establish social relationships that contribute to the adaptation of the human being within any structure, likewise It highlights the importance of interpersonal communication in the business environment, highlighting organizational communication as a fundamental piece to strengthen all internal and external processes of any company The problem as a source of study for this article was to analyze communication beyond the element by which information is transferred between the different parties, but as an indicator of profitability. The different types of communication that exist in the organizational environment were analyzed, in addition to the challenges that arise within this same structure, which are of vital importance to overcome to generate a climate that favors all the parties involved, which will bring consequence increase in productivity, positioning and better income. The methodology implemented in this article corresponds to a documentary research with a qualitative approach, which provided us with the necessary information to carry out this degree project.
