Strategic management is one of the tools that is currently obtaining a representative boom in the different organizations in order to improve their competitiveness, since it frames a differentiating factor and supports the decision-making process. The company LAP specialists in SAS data analysis, has only established its strategic platform at a strategic level, they have not focused on defining and applying more strategic elements that are transcendental for organizational stability and growth, elements such as objectives, goals, policies and action plans, which are outlined in a period of time, in order to be able to evaluate the management carried out for compliance. According to this, the need for the application of a strategic management model is determined. For the development of the work, a descriptive and mixed approach methodology was implemented, divided into three stages related to the proposed objectives, where each of the actions carried out to design the proposed Strategic Management Model for the LAP company is mentioned in detail; initially identifying the current situation of the company with the evaluation of its environment, describing those components necessary for the creation of the model according to the references found and finally defining the model with its respective characteristics. It is important to mention that the theoretical bases and antecedents found, contributed substantially to the development of the project.
