Resumen
Reinforced Job stability is a permanence mechanism for employees with a certain state of vulnerability (maternity leave, sick leave, disability, vacations and others), said group of employees is protected under legal premises issued by the Ministry of Labor and others control entities. Generally, this process can generate inconsistencies in the fulfillment of functions, therefore the employer must link personnel with the same profile of the employee incapacitated to perform the respective functions of a process, using as reference arguments issued by the constitutional court and pronouncements of authors defending the enhanced stability. The research methodology allows it to be qualitative and the primary and secondary sources of information, resulting in a general strategy so that the employer can generate employment for suitable personnel with the appropriate, competent profile and fulfill its organizational objective despite the situations of its employees through links (supernumerary).
