The media takes an important role, taking into account the different options of transmitting information seeking to make the most of all channels, a diagnosis of the physical information channels of the Cooperative University of Colombia headquartered in Bogotá is carried out, in order to carry out this research is used as a reference the strategic guideline "PLAN CORP" implemented annually and a survey that relates the appreciation of students , teachers and collaborators in the face of the use of physical channels by the institution, the characteristics of the questionnaire questions are open and multiple choice questions, identifying the most recurring answers among the different participants where opportunities for improvement and strengths are determined, hence three needs: transmitting interesting content, transforming the distribution channel and strengthening the culture and sense of belonging by setting a schedule that will be worked on for weeks to achieve efficiency in the perception of information in the institutional community.
