In a world characterized by the changes and the dynamism of the markets, talk of innovation becomes relevant and of course technological innovation, so companies must innovate, therefore they must have the technological platforms that allow them to develop processes To be competitive. Based on the above, the present study is developed which aims to analyze the management of technological innovation in companies. The research allowed to systematize the different theories on the variables innovation and technological innovation. The type of research was documentary with non-experimental and transversal design. As a result it was obtained that in relation to technological innovation in companies and the management of this, they must develop strategies tending to generate innovative management processes. In the same way, it is concluded that technological innovation in companies is a tool that generates competitive advantage, so it was recommended that companies should implement technological platforms that lead to innovation processes.
