The present project revolves around Leadership in the management of organizational change in the Taco Bell company, since it is a key piece in the appropriate direction in business management, contemplating various functionalities around growth. Therefore, the role of the leader is fundamental to the positioning of a particular company. The leader motivates his followers to make decisions and execute actions aligned with the vision of the organization. But. How important is leadership in managing organizational change? The objective of the research lies initially in identifying the type of leadership that led Taco Bell to the advances they gave to the current restaurant chain. It was considered to take into account the importance of leadership, as well as to show the types of leadership, the importance of transformational leadership, since from there it is possible to motivate people to carry out their tasks, in accordance with the goals of the organization. , and ultimately to achieve interesting transformations of groups, organizations and in the same society. After the analysis of the Taco Bell case and the results given, it is expressed the importance of proposing an intervention plan from this transformational leadership, under a framework of participation that highlights the work from the Human Management area and relevance in the training of leaders transformational, which allows greater benefits before, during and after the organizational changes than in any company and in this case, in Taco Bell, it is possible to maintain itself over time and improve processes such as: Reduction in staff turnover significant; motivation through communication strategies, different forms of compensation including emotional salary, and career plans among others.
