This investigative work aims to clarify the process of reparation to the victims of the internal armed conflict, under the postulates of Transitional Justice implemented in Colombia, Guatemala and El Salvador. Carrying out an analysis in comparative law of each of these models of justice, differentiating and extracting from each of these, the most relevant aspects that could affect these implemented models, shield and repair the victims more comprehensively in their right to clarification of truth, justice, reparation and the guarantee of non-repetition.
