This research was carried out in order to make a description and analysis of the interpersonal relationships with the pairs of schooled adolescents with central variables such as the integration of autonomy, introjective identification and identity and the acceptance of a group. We worked with 152 adolescents with a secondary school education (baccalaureate) of diverse strata from 0 to 4 and as ages from 14 to 19 years. Thus, key factors and / or elements were taken into account for the interpretation of interpersonal relationships and affective and social processes that are involved in the development of the individual, all with the help of the psycho-affective development questionnaire in which the variables that this measures are Diligence-inferiority, physical changes-identity, shyness-insecurity, acceptance of the identity group, projective identification-identity, integration of the group-Autonomy, adaptation-authority, ideal of the self, achievements of the self. For this reason interpersonal relationships are that fundamental element for development in the environment.
