| Resume: | En el presente trabajo se enmarca la historia, objetivos y funciones de la Federación Nacional de Avicultores de Colombia (FENAVI) y el proceso de actualización y ajuste de los instructivos del Programa Técnico que se encuentran dentro del Sistema de Gestión de Calidad de FENAVI. Esta necesidad de ajustar y actualizar los instructivos se generó a partir de la identificación de algunos aspectos importantes como: el crecimiento de la industria avícola, la publicación de nuevas resoluciones o normativas, control de inventarios e informes de vacunación. Cabe mencionar que los ajustes fueron realizados durante el periodo del semestre B del 2019. |
| Abstract: | In this work the history, objectives and functions of the National Federation of Poultry Farmers of Colombia (FENAVI) and the process of updating and adjusting the instructions of the Technical Program that are within the FENAVI Quality Management System are framed. This need to adjust and update the instructions was generated from the identification of some important aspects such as: the growth of the poultry industry, the publication of new resolutions or regulations, inventory control and vaccination reports. It is worth mentioning that the adjustments were made during the period of semester B of 2019. |
