Resumen
This research addressed to boys and girls from 6 to 8 years old in the second grade of cycle one at Colegio Alemania Unificada, supports a problem associated with the strengthening of the emotional autonomy component from the socio-emotional competences, in a specific adaptation model. The consolidation of socio-emotional competencies is analyzed in the light of international, national, and local antecedents to understand its theoretical and complementary relevance to infants' cognitive, social, communicative, cultural, affective, and academic development. This research inquired about the effectiveness of the symbolic game and body expression as a measurable pedagogical intervention strategy that impacts the strengthening of the analyzed competencies in the pre-test and post-test stages. It also follows a descriptive correlational methodology with the applicability of instruments such as the MSCEIT ™️ Emotional Intelligence Test "mesquite," field diary, and the implementation of nine play-pedagogical workshops. A stage of data triangulation allowed the analysis, in contrast, of the impact and relevance of this investigative bet that uses a psychometric evaluation instrument, without clinical or therapeutic purposes, to highlight the importance of promoting socio-emotional competencies in the life cycle of 6 to 8 years old.
