Resumen
In the population of the city of Bucaramanga (Santander) - Colombia, a sample of 1,665 women over 50 years of age participated in the respective investigation, whose objective was to create normative values on the agility and dynamic balance of the older adults of the city de Bucaramanga, which serve as a reference for different contexts that require knowing the status of this population (health, disability and disease prevention, among others). The present investigation has a quantitative approach and a descriptive scope, likewise, it has a quasi-experimental design and a non-experimental cross-sectional design. The study variables were agility and dynamic balance, age and gender. The instruments used were the Agility and Dynamic Balance Test (Foot Up-And-Go Test) of the battery of the Senior Fitness Test Manual. The results obtained were the creation of normative values or percentiles where age ranges from 50 to 55 years to 85 and over were taken into account. In effect, it was possible to relate agility and dynamic balance with respect to age, where an analysis of this determines that it is statistically significant, which is inversely proportional, that is, as the age range increases, agility and dynamic balance decrease and vice versa. To conclude the respective percentiles will serve as a reference to compare the agility and dynamic balance of the respective population with other populations and also compare them with respect to other batteries
