The performance, administration and commitment of an organization, involves various systems which make a proper ordering of the production processes and services, generating profitability, benefiting both the company, meeting the manufacturing objectives, and the final consumer, delivering orders on time; for the above, improvement strategies are needed, making the company competitive in the market. Within the improvement plans are a series of tools such as Lean Manufacturing tools, based on the elimination of waste that does not add value to the processes, which are: Excess production that generates storage and conservation costs. Transport of products that may be at risk of being damaged. Excess inventory due to poor planning of raw materials. Waiting time or production delays due to machinery failures or poor performance of operating activities. Reprocesses when there are defects in the product that must be corrected. Unnecessary movements of people or equipment; and Human talent not used due to lack of communication and training in workers. Generating effective systems, greater customer satisfaction, cost reduction, inventory reduction and productivity improvement. On the other hand, Industry 4.0 is the fourth industrial revolution, consisting in the digitization of industrial processes using the synchronization of artificial intelligence with machines, further optimizing resources.
