It is important to mention that the employees of the companies before any function that they develop within them to achieve a certain purpose are human beings with specific needs and that their quality of life prevails. The following project aims to present a proposal aimed at increasing work motivation through a program designed to meet the physical and psychological well-being needs of the employees of the Taco Bell company, hoping that this will increase intrinsic motivation and achieve mitigation of staff turnover. To achieve the proposed objective, a motivation program was designed which is based on emotional salary, based on a humanistic approach, that is, changing the concept of employee a little and focusing on the fact that the company has the support of a person human with needs. In this order of ideas, the objective is to satisfy the needs of the employees and thereby increase motivation, generating a lower turnover rate.
