The development of this research had a general objective, which sought to identify the trends associated with the e-commerce category in a prospective scenario projected for the year 2025, in electronic companies belonging to the city of Bogotá. To develop this objective, three specific objectives were proposed. The first one corresponded to the realization of a situation diagnosis to identify the trends in e-commerce derived from electronic commerce developed in Bogotá, through a method of reviewing reports of efficacy, efficiency and performance. The second objective sought the development of an analysis of the preferences of the electronic consumer of the city of Bogotá, while the third corresponded to the design of a prospective study for the approach of scenarios linked to the behavior of e-commerce at a time period not exceeding to 2025, through the use of two techniques belonging to the Michael Godet method (Mic Mac and Stage Construction). The research focus was mixed, and the sample corresponded to the prospective contribution of four experts in the fields of digital marketing, e-commerce and context trend analysis.
