The purpose of this professional organizational practice project is to design a training technique, in order to contribute to the improvement of the training plan of ATESA S.A., regarding the issue of risk prevention. Its conceptual foundation is based on the organizational training and training models proposed by Chiavenato and Amaro Guzmán applied to organizations, as well as the dissertations on the concept of risk prevention based on the theory of resources and capacities, being this a tool for Strategic theory. Risk prevention routes and assertive communication processes are essential for workers who know and approve, since they are the fundamental axes or dimensions of safety and health in the workplace. Staff training is not only a means of risk prevention but it is also a strategy for the search for motivation and job satisfaction. That is why, through this professional practice project, we sought to propose a training plan on prevention routes in order to contribute to strengthening the implementation of prevention routes for the risk of workplace accidents.
