This research aims to recognize the wellbeing of adolescent mothers in Latin America, due to the public health problem where early pregnancy is constituting a risk for the protection of life and health of children and their mother, before, during and after birth. Methodology: To carry out this research, a narrative review was performed in the google academic database and the library of the Universidad Cooperativa de Colombia. the reference was obtained to be able to respond to the general objective was chosen, specified and organized by 12 documents in which articles, theses, reviews in Spanish were included, from 2000 to 2019. The sample used was 12 documents. Results: The results indicate that adolescent mothers in Latin America are from the age of 15 to 19 years old, because they have a bad social relationship and therefore do not have very good information about how to care for themselves with contraceptive methods
