The main objective of this work is to expose the inherent importance of the psychological contract in the organizational exercise of Colombian companies, specifically, in family businesses, how the impact of this concept occurs, in the execution of roles and functions, takes of decisions, organization and structure to maintain a constant balance and preserve in this complex organism or system, the differentiation between family and company, since, although it includes elements different from a conventional organization, stories such as blood ties, the way of executing actions through the consensus of all employees, the awareness that it is a chain in which, group cooperativism prevails too much, individual interests are close by and the consequences of some, have an impact on all, nor is it unaware that It must be seen as a functional company prepared to take on challenges and future in the market, this is granted through continuous learning provided by the psychological contract.
