This work refers to a systematic review of the literature that analyzed the vulnerability to pregnancies of Afro-Colombian adolescents in a decade marked by sociocultural and political changes, highlighting the different factors that influence the decision-making of young people among the 10 and the 19 years old who at that age have cognitive-emotional distortions, in addition to being young people who, due to their condition as a community at risk, suffer from displacement and sexual violence by armed groups, being this situation the one that most generates social problems, psychosocial and interpersonal.
