Resumen
This study is aimed at developing strategies to resolve problems in operating polynomials, via technological means and through a range of diverse practical activities in which students will have the opportunity to create situations and resolve and consider problems relating to polynomials, focusing on strengthening the weaknesses present in variational thought. In addition to the written proposal and its theoretical references, this study contains an analytical and graphic description of the procedures carried out, from the tests done to initiate and carry through the educational interventions to showing significant advances in the students as well as the impact generated by the research As regards the results obtained in the tests, it was shown that the students understanding improved with the use of technological means, creating websites, participating in on-line games and conducting multimedia searches. This method of teaching and learning employed consists in generating didactic situations in which the students finds himself immersed in the moment of action, communication and logico-mathematical rationalization of polynomial problem facing them. For this. Reason, highly relevant were the phases exposed by (Polya 1965) where they acquired a base and specific concepts to resolve and understand a problem, given that this permits them develop habits, skills and variational thought.
