In this document, the importance of having adequate strategies to strengthen the organization will be evidenced, not only at the productive level but also, in terms of the psychological aspects of all the members of the organization. Outsourcing is a BPO contact center with more than 23 years of experience, with 6 branches nationwide and 2,500 employees; It has experience in various economic sectors, in which the brand causes in the market and for customers support, security, travel and international experience. The neglect of the human management area, results in high levels of absenteeism, resignations, inefficiency and labor unrest. This can be seen through the disability rates, due to illnesses due to high levels of stress and pressure, reasons for resignations based on the inability to perform functions due to lack of motivation and tranquility. Taking into account the above, this work aims to strengthen the satisfaction of the collaborator of the Outsourcing organization based in Pereira through motivational dynamics and group interaction and thus guarantee a process of raising awareness of labor well-being
