The present project developed at REDECOL E.S.P, aims to design motivation strategies to improve work performance, for which it was based on motivational theories that control the diagnosis of needs around the Maslow pyramid and thus, develop the proposal according to the personal stimuli identified in the human talent to potentiate the development of the functions that will be translated into the general growth of the organization. The methodology was based on a qualitative approach, of a descriptive type, based on the current situation of the company, based on the application of information collection instruments such as the structured questionnaire on work motivation used by the 14 collaborators in the operational area and administrative. In addition to the interview with a questionnaire open to the manager of REDECOL E.S.P. in order to know their perspective regarding work motivation in the company. According to the analysis of the results, it was determined that motivation assumes a fundamental role in the development of functions that allow for a good work environment, well-being, productivity and satisfaction. Finally, the proposal presents a series of strategies based on the hierarchy of human needs proposed by Abraham Maslow, where the aspects to be improved and an objective for each type of need are established in order to know the priorities of the collaborators and the way Adequate to motivate them, since the challenge facing management is to understand and promote good labor practices based on equal rights and opportunities, recognition, compensation, benefits, leadership, training, and education, among others.
