The present business practice was elaborated with the purpose of administratively diagnosing the ENELAR Foundation from the planning, organization, direction, control and marketing, to design and execute a strategic improvement plan, also adoptable by any other institution providing social services. The main incentive of the practice is that through a detailed evaluation of certain internal variables of the organization and in-depth analysis of its macro environment represented in its economic, social and cultural, demographic and geographic, political, legal and governmental environments, ecological and technological, it was possible to build the DOFA matrix and to affirm that its main problem is the lack of administration and management. Every institution by its very nature concentrates its efforts on increasing income, neglecting the importance of maintaining an adequate administrative system, and this is where the consolidated strategic improvement plan in four stages is based: 1. Identification of the Foundation's strategic map, adopting the Balance Score Card. 2. Definition of the prospects for action 3. Development of objectives and activities 4. Implementation of proposed documents (annexes).
