CEMIL, in its effort to strengthen education within the military, designs a GUIDE FOR THE SELF-ASSESSMENT PROCESS FOR TRAINING SCHOOLS, which arises from the need to Technically Support Training Schools of the National Army in personnel evaluations that directs teaching and learning processes, with the aim of improving the quality of the education of the instruction that we teach permanently and at the same time to improve the level of our teachers, to the point that we are at a high level of competition with universities who have higher education programs. This guide begins by first knowing the terms of education, accreditation and evaluation. Based on this brief historical review of concepts, self-evaluation formats and profiles by weapon are operationalized, with the aim of determining their strengths, to the implementation of the lesson plans. This guide should be available in the departments of military psychology, as permanent reference material, in training schools.
