The present investigative project pretend find didactic strategies to strengthen the processes of reading and writing in transition grade of the Liceo infantil Pequeños Gigantes. This is a Private institution that offers the service in pre-school education. The investigation arises from some specific needs evidenced in the garden about the performances of each children in the process of reading and writing. We determinate the design of three didactic strategies to support and strengthen the literacy process of the children. The person in charge is the teacher of the area in the educational institution. The method used is the investigation-action, which from the diagnosis of a problem situation arose a sequential process, where with action strategies were proposed to solve it, the tests and the evaluation of that. The three strategies designed are based on concepts by Emilia Ferreiro, Ana Teberosky and Michael Pressley. There are the most relevant aspects are taken up in the processes of reading and writing at the preschool level. Trough from a systematic study of the context, the needs of the educational community and the development of each one of the topics of the program specialization of Management of educational projects, a significant construction of the research project was achieved and an answer was given To a problem that is not only evident in this institution, but also involves the entire educational field whether public or private.
