In this paper the reader is contextualized about the company Riquísimo dairy products (Vision, Mission, Marketing, Institutional values, CANVAS (Annex A), Politics, SWOT (Strengths, Opportunities, Threats, Weaknesses), company plan (Annex B )) and then analyze the causes of the problem from the perspective of ISO 9001: 2018 and ISO 14000: 2018, perform a diagnosis and audit findings based on current regulations and ISO 9001: 2018 and ISO 14000: 2018. Based on the diagnoses, a proposal for improvement is presented and strategies are designed to improve the production process by applying concepts of ISO 9001: 2018 and ISO 14000: 2018, by the hand of censuses and economic and financial feasibility studies that ratify the need and benefits of implementing this improvement plan.
