One of the main problems that embrace the Colombian community is the violence, which for years has been present in different forms and in different places, that is, from the birth of the Guerrillas as groups outside of the law with a political ideology contrary to that of the government in force until the emergence of urban gangs, paramilitarism and even the new phenomenon called Bacrims, which have had as a common denominator the need to carry out acts that violate the fundamental rights of people involved in the middle of the conflict (citizens) all of them breaking the rules contained in the different codifications that the legislator has made through of history and even breaking international agreements that the senate has ratified in favor of the conservation and care of fundamental rights, economic and natural resources.
