(Universidad Cooperativa de Colombia, Facultad de Ciencias Sociales, Maestría en Proyectos Para el Desarrollo Integral de Niños y Adolescentes, 2023-12-12) Diaz Lizarazo, Natali Carolina; Sara Zabarain Cogollo; Martha Fernandez Daza
This research had as its main objective the influence of family problems on self-esteem and well-being, depression and body image of adolescents. The methodology was based on a type of quantitative research and had four main research variables: family problems, self-esteem and well-being, depression and body dissatisfaction. It was found that many fathers and mothers were employed full or part time, and that a considerable proportion of mothers were engaged in household chores. Most participants had one or more siblings and lived in traditional family units. Regarding family problems, the majority of participants did not show significant concern. However, variations in levels of concern were found. Regarding self-esteem and well-being, worrying levels were found, with a considerable proportion of participants reporting low levels. Regarding depression, a worrying level of depressive symptoms was observed. Regarding body image, the majority of participants did not show significant concern, but a considerable percentage presented alarming levels and discomfort. Additionally, a high positive correlation was found between family problems and depression, suggesting that an increase in family problems is associated with higher levels of depression in adolescents.

(Universidad Cooperativa de Colombia, Facultad de Ciencias Económicas, Administrativas y Contables, Comercio Internacional, Bogotá, 2017) Arenas Camacho , Andrea; Cortés Benítez, Saúl Alberto; Mosquera Laverde, William Eduardo
In the last fifty years, Colombia has been the scene of an internal armed conflict that has generated impacts, among many, on the development of the region, making it difficult to enjoy its agricultural, water, agricultural, ecological and tourist riches, however in the In 2017, and after a process of dialogue and agreements, the bilateral signing of treaties for the search for peace with the Colombian Revolutionary Armed Forces FARC took place, thus dismantling the oldest guerrilla in the history of the conflict and thereby allowing , the implementation of strategies for the development of the region. In this way, in post-conflict Colombia the possibility of thinking about cultural, economic, social, tourist and ecological development becomes more acute, the latter considering the adverse effects that the conflict and the different attacks on the environment have brought with it. Thus, this document aims to expose the importance of promoting responsible and conscious tourism in caring for the environment and enabling, at the same time, economic and social growth in the regions of Cali, Cartago and Popayán, these being important scenarios. , not only because of the war history but because of the establishment of academic institutions such as the Universidad Cooperativa de Colombia. On the other hand, it is important to recognize the future not as an event beyond the reach of human beings, unmeasurable and uncontrollable, but, on the contrary, from a prospective approach, this being a generator of changes because it is possible, at the current moment, to plan, identify dangers and opportunities and make decisions, thus generating short, medium and long-term impacts in the future. From this point, the importance of generating strategies that enable the economic benefit of tourism and environmental wealth without having a negative impact is identified. Thus, ecotourism is presented as an option for economic growth through ecological marketing.

For this, from a qualitative investigative approach, methods of social representations such as free association and hierarchical tris were applied, which, complemented by the application of a semi-structured interview, revealed the social representation. The results of this research show that, although there are some differences between the prioritization of words that make up the representation between men and women and between indigenous and majority population, the central nucleus of the social representation of sexuality is respect, trust and love, while the peripheral elements of it are care, pregnancy and diseases.

The present study was developed under a quantitative approach, since this allowed to show the results using descriptive and inferential statistics. It is of a correlational type, taking into account that it seeks to establish the relationship between social skills and academic performance of adolescents belonging to the population sample, schooled individuals between the ages of 13 to 17 years. The applied instrument was the Social Skills Scale (EHS) and regarding the collection of academic averages, the academic coordination of the educational institution was requested. This was carried out at a time of cross-sectional study. The population sample was established by means of a non-probability sampling for convenience and consists of 55 adolescents from the Octavio Daza Daza School in the city of Valledupar. Among the highlights of the data analysis: the normality of the variables was explored with the Shapiro-Wilk and Kolmogorov-Smirnov tests, but also with the Q-Q graph. Additionally, the assumptions of homogeneity of variances and independence of observations were evaluated using the Levene and Wald-Wolfowitz2 tests, respectively, without finding relevant inconsistencies. Within the findings, there was no correlation between social skills and academic performance, however, there are some significant differences between sex and the exercise of these. This finding allows us to suggest the importance of continuing to expand the study of social skills from the educational context, taking into account numerous variables that depend on said context. However, given the relevance that is evidenced in the numerous studies carried out on social skills, where their importance for adaptation to the social environment is highlighted, it is recommended to carry out social skills programs.

The importance of the study of this thesis lies in the role that theories have played during the course of time, such is the case of the "THEORY OF IMPREVISION" with respect to the study and evolution of law, being these a model of application to each branch of the subject that provides us with tools for the defense of many rights, and constituting in many opportunities in jurisprudence of the highest courts with which conflicts of a legal nature are settled, thus fulfilling the true raison d'être of law as an evolutionary science. Going back in time, it can be observed that throughout history there have been attempts to consecrate the Theory of the Imprevision as one of the main oppositions to which one can resort in defense of rights, since it has been fully accepted and has been the subject of consecration of many scholars. Even today, in spite of its wide acceptance, the theory of unforeseeability has not acquired a complete line and development. It is still applied in a partial way, arguing each time different postulates in its acceptance, even more, when the fact of accepting it definitively would imply questioning principles of law that had even become true dogmas, such as the Principle of the Autonomy of Will or the principle of Contractual Liability, among others, to the extent that by accepting that a relative impossibility of economic order, supervening of a contract with projection in time, due to facts totally alien to the parties, may generate the revision of the contract or its termination.

This finding is replicated when analyzing the data for each city/municipality separately, as well as in the score of each of the three dimensions of the ISCASI-P. The approach to promoting sexual and reproductive rights in indigenous communities, such as the Wayúu, must be adjusted to their worldview. This writing aims to propose an intervention plan to strengthen the life project of Wayúu girls and adolescents based on the appropriation of rights and prevention for protection; A review of normative and academic documentation pertinent to the approach of children and adolescents from indigenous communities is carried out from a qualitative perspective, based on grounded theory. Based on the analysis, an intervention is proposed that, among other elements, respects the use of orality, includes important actors for the Wayúu, such as the ouutsü or piache, and that also fits in with the ritual of preparation proper to that community, following the guidelines of a large part of the previous studies in Colombia and the world, in which interventions are proposed that respect the traditions and even welcome them within the same actions.
