In Colombia, globalization has had a significant development, marking a new era in the country's economy, which is why some companies have adapted their internal structure to manage their activities, improve their competitive position and facilitate alliances with foreign companies, however , they could be forgetting the most important factor, people. The participation of the human talent that works in the companies, is fundamental because they are the ones that carry out the processes, achieving a better productivity, being thus, it is substantial to have a good working environment, since the relationships that arise in the work , many times conflicts can be corrected if aspects of improvement are identified through programs that address the elements that are part of the organizational climate. The work environment is one of the fundamental elements in interpersonal relationships in organizations since the productivity of the people who make it up depends on it. To further understand the work environment, a situational analysis was carried out at the administrative and sales headquarters of the Olympic company, located in the city of Neiva, dedicated to the marketing of consumer products of optimum quality. In order to carry out a study aimed at establishing how the work environment was being managed, because through the organizational climate, it is possible to facilitate teamwork, the participation of staff in the decisions made, leaders are identified, to that all the personnel of the organization work in harmony, considering first psychological aspects that can affect the performance of the employees in their conduct or behavior and is directly related to the perceptions that they have in their workplace, and implies also the relationship with their work environment and with the environment.
