The document develops a case study of the design and implement a didactic strategy of mixed learning, through the application of an OVA to improve the commitment levels of grade 11 students of the Gymnasium Campestre Santa Sofia located in the city of Zipaquirá. This work is an exploration of the pedagogical possibilities offered by mixed learning, at a time of profound technological changes that have undoubtedly transformed human environments, including the pedagogical one. To do this, he takes a theoretical journey through the concepts of motivation and commitment, as well as the application of ICT and uses tools such as the survey to refine concepts. It develops the pedagogical sequence and contrasts the results with theoreticians such as José m. Tomás, María del Consuelo Salgado, expert in the field of school commitment. As part of the analysis of the results of both the surveys and the teaching sequence, it was possible to observe that for young people academic work is more productive through the use of technological tools and collaborative work; Similarly, teachers expressed satisfaction with the results obtained after the implementation of the OVA.
