In the present work are designed strategies to improve the service of attention to the user in the company DUSAKAWI EPSI in the municipality of Saravena, proposal that will be carried out through the detection of weaknesses to strengthen them if applies the model that corresponds to each one of them. Bearing in mind that the main function of the health promotion enterprises is the service to the user, and that the user is the raison d'être of this, has been the need to develop strategies that will benefit the company DUSAKAWI, especially in the area of Information Service and Attention to the User (ISAU) allowing you to know and improve the current situation. The attention to the user is a permanent service which consists in carrying out approval processes, affiliation, and information, among other requirements requested by users and other people in the medical area.
